Rental Agreement

All vehicle rentals are subject to a formal rental agreement signed at the time of collection. This agreement details the rental period, rate, insurance coverage, security deposit, and return conditions.

Driver Requirements

Drivers must hold a valid driving licence for a minimum of five years. The minimum age is typically 25 to 27, depending on the vehicle and situation; individual exceptions can be considered. International driving permits are accepted where required by local law.

Security Deposit

A security deposit is required on all rentals. It is paid on delivery, together with the balance of the rental fee, and held via credit card pre-authorisation. The deposit amount varies by vehicle and is released upon satisfactory return of the vehicle.

Booking and Payment

To book, send a photo of your driving licence and a photo of your passport or ID. A non-refundable prepayment of 30 to 50 percent of the rental price secures the vehicle. The exact percentage depends on the vehicle, rental length and season, and is confirmed with your booking. The balance of the rental fee and the security deposit are paid on delivery.

For in-person verification at pick-up or delivery, bring your physical ID and a credit card. Before your rental, check your card's deposit limit with your bank to avoid delays or cancellations.

Insurance

Comprehensive insurance is included with every rental. Additional coverage options and reduced excess policies are available on request.

Delivery

Delivery is never included in the rental price. Delivery fees are quoted per booking for every location, including our base cities (Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Saint-Tropez, Paris, Courchevel) and destinations across Europe.
